  • CONDITIONS FOR BIDV DOMESTIC DEBIT CARD ISSUANCE
    For Primary Cardholder:
    • Individuals aged 15 years or older without losing their civil act capacity or having limited civil act capacity or having difficulty in understanding and mastering their behavior according to the laws.
    • Having current account/applying for current account at BIDV.
    For Supplementary Cardholder:
    • Individuals aged 15 years or older without losing their civil act capacity or having limited civil act capacity or having difficulty in understanding and mastering their behavior according to the laws, having his/her legal representative’s consent in writing on the use of card;
    • Having Primary Cardholder’s registration and authorization to use card as the Supplementary Cardholder.
    • In addition to the above conditions, foreign customers need to provide documents proving eligible residency in Vietnam for 12 consecutive months or more.
  • CARD APPLICATION
    For single application:
    • Agreement for card issuance and use and customer legal documents as prescribed.
    • Necessary documents to prove the duration of residence in Vietnam for foreign customers according to BIDV’s regulations.
    • Other forms following BIDV’s regulations from time to time.
    For group of individual customers, additional documents are required:
    • List of card applicants.
    • Cooperation agreement for issuing affiliate cards.

  • Transaction limit
    • Maximum withdrawal amount/day at BIDV’s ATM: VND 70,000,000
    • Maximum number of withdrawal/day at BIDV’s ATM: 20 transactions
    • Maximum transfer amount/day: VND 100,000,000
    Service fees
    • First issuance fee: VND 50,000
    • Annual fee: VND 60,000, waiver for non-physical card
    • Cash withdrawal fee at BIDV’s ATM/POS: VND 1,000/transaction
    • Cash withdrawal fee at other banks’ domestic ATM: VND 3,000/transaction
    • Cash withdrawal fee at other banks’ overseas ATM: VND 40,000/transaction
    • Internal fund transfer at BIDV’s ATM: 0.05% of transfer amount; VND 2,000 at minimum, VND 15,000 at maximum
    • Internal fund transfer at other banks’ ATM: VND 3,000/transaction
